1. Initial survey and goal setting

Everything starts with your goals, based on which we build a goal-oriented coaching plan

2. Initial tests and observation

Breathing tests and observation help map your starting point for breath training.

3. Training

Each training session includes discussion/feedback, different breathing techniques and effective targeted breath exercises.

4. Home instructions and exercise program

After every training session, you get an exercise program for self-training.

Breathing training has given by far the greatest benefit in relation to the money and time spent.

In Tomi's coaching, I have found very easy to adopt methods and exercises to support my endurance sports training.


Exercising the respiratory muscles has increased the ability to tolerate high intensity training better than before, and using Tomi's methods my exercise performance has been on the rise time after time.


The recovery is more optimal: My heart rate drops faster and my night sleep after hard training is better and I have verified all this from the Oura ring.
