In Tomi's coaching, I have found very easy to adopt methods and exercises to support my endurance sports training.
Exercising the respiratory muscles has increased the ability to tolerate high intensity training better than before, and using Tomi's methods my exercise performance has been on the rise time after time.
The recovery is more optimal: My heart rate drops faster and my night sleep after hard training is better and I have verified all this from the Oura ring.
In Tomi's coaching, individuality is key, and there are definitely no one-size-fits-all solutions, but everything is tailored around the coachee's own needs and routines. In the past, I have also used other people's coaching services, and the athlete's breathing training has given by far the greatest benefit in relation to the money / time spent.
